Professor Rafał Poździk

I am a scientist and practitioner dealing with the issues of EU funds for years. I advise entrepreneurs on all matters related to the settlement of subsidies and other forms of public aid.

For many years, Rafał Poździk held managerial positions in public administration, including the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, and the Ministry of Administration and Digitization, where in 2009-2015, as the head and deputy head of department, he was responsible, among other things, for the management and implementation of the Innovative Economy Operational Program, including ICT projects implemented by the central administration with EU funds, as well as the Human Capital Operational Program.

From 2015, he was a legal advisor at the Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography, and the Marshal’s Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship, responsible for legal services with regard to projects co-financed from EU funds. Rafał Poździk is an associate professor at UMCS with the title of habilitated doctor of legal sciences. In our law firm, professor Poździk advises clients on issues related to the implementation of projects co-financed with EU funding. He helps beneficiaries to settle projects, answer post-control reports, and question faulty project appraisals.

Rafał Poździk is the author of several dozen articles and monographs on public aid and EU funds. He edited and co-created, among other things, the most popular commentary on the so-called the Implementation Act, i.e. the Act on the principles of implementing cohesion policy programs financed under the 2014-2020 financial perspective.
