As part of his practice, Bartłomiej provides corporate services to business operators, including, among other things, advisory services on corporate disputes. With his knowledge and expertise, he can comprehensively analyse issues related to economic crime and eliminating criminal liability risks.
In his day-to-day work, he represents both individual clients, i.a. in cases related to crimes against life and health, crimes against property, crimes related to drug trafficking and participation in organised crime groups, and commercial companies, including members of management boards and supervisory boards, in cases involving mismanagement by the management board, bribery of managers, crimes against creditors, bank fraud, unreliable record-keeping, money laundering, or impeding the enforcement of claims.
