  • Providing support to beneficiaries in the appeal procedure against the decisions of the authorities on a refusal to grant/reimbursement of EU funds,
  • Renegotiating public procurement contracts due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,
  • Participation in construction inventories in the context of a dispute between an investor and a contractor performing construction works,
  • Report on restrictions on crossing internal EU borders during the first and second waves of the COVID-19 pandemic prepared for MEPs – members of the LIBE Committee.
