I am responsible for infrastructure projects in our law firm. I usually represent energy and construction sector clients, and industrial plant operators.
Jan is an attorney-at-law, partner and one of the founders of our law firm. He is an experienced consultant advising clients in the energy and industrial sectors. He supports businesses in cases concerning infrastructural projects in both investment and operational aspects. Jan is a consultant for processes of raising energy efficiency of plants, including processes to obtain energy efficiency certificates.
He participated in due diligence processes, prepared legal opinions and advised clients in complex investment processes, including complicated environmental issues. Jan has extensive experience in litigation representing clients in multi-million corporate and infrastructural disputes, as well as ones concerning energy sector and EU funds, and in proceedings before regulatory authorities (Energy Regulatory Office, Office of Rail Transportation).
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. He passed his attorney-at-law exam with honors. He has worked for the largest and most prestigious law firms in Poland. He frequently participates in industry conferences as a speaker. He is the author of publications and commentaries concerning the power sector, the legal environment for industrial companies and the investment process, and the author of blogs at prawonaplacubudowy.pl. and przemyslowy.pl
