Kaja is an advocate who specializes in advisory services regarding restructuring and bankruptcy law and business processes. She provides legal services on a regular basis in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings to entities other than the courts; she also represents receivers and creditors in litigation pending before common courts.
Kaja represents clients in litigation concerning construction investments, claims under rental and lease contracts, usage of real estate without a contract, intellectual and industrial property rights, and unfair competition. In her practice thus far, she has also cooperated with financial institutions by representing their interests before common courts in matters related to the financial services they offer. She has experience in doing legal background checks concerning real estate, real estate transactions, and the commercialization of office space. She also provides legal services in the investment process, including the representation of clients in proceedings before public administrative authorities and administrative courts.
She has worked for international law firms. She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk and completed a post-graduate course of study in Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law (business restructuring and liquidation) at the Lazarski University in Warsaw. She is also a licensed restructuring advisor.
