I am the advocate with experience in the field of public funding, company law, and procedural law. I also provide legal services to enterprises, both in negotiating and concluding contracts, as well as in matters related to labor law and internal regulations

As an independent lawyer in one of the companies offering advice on obtaining financing from public funds and EU funds, she cooperated directly with the management board in the field of day-to-day corporate matters and trade negotiations. She also introduced compliance and GDPR procedures, and supported the team in the processes of applying for subsidies. Her professional interests include corporate law, labor law, issues related to EU funds and obtaining public aid, as well as international civil procedure law, in particular the issue of national jurisdiction.

Małgorzata graduated from the University of Warsaw with a very good result. She worked as a volunteer at the Law Clinic of the University of Warsaw in the Labor Law and Social Insurance Section. She is a trainee attorney at the Warsaw Bar Association, as well as a participant and a speaker at national scientific conferences on legal and procedural issues.
