Paulina is an advocate that specializes in representing clients in court disputes in civil and commercial cases. She provides services for Polish and foreign clients in cases related to their ongoing business activity, including collection of debts in civil proceedings and contract law.
Paulina has extensive experience in representing clients in court proceedings in the scope of construction law and corporate disputes. She advised legal entities in court proceesings related to white-collar crime cases. She also represented creditors in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. Her area of interest also includes providing legal services for individual clients in family law and criminal law cases.
Paulina graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and English Studies at the Faculty of Philology at the University of Warsaw. She also graduated from the Postgraduate Studies in specialized translations: certified, court and legal translation at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw and she is a translator specializing in translation of legal documentation.
