Our offer includes advice on sale and acquisition of real estate, including legal due diligence of lands and buildings, selection of optimal structure of the transaction, and legal support in obtaining financing. We assist investors and contractors during the investment process, both at the stage of obtaining decisions necessary to execute an investment and in negotiating contracts with participants in the construction process. We also advise on matters related to commercialization of buildings and property management. Our services cover various types of investments, including commercial, office, residential, and industrial objects. Moreover, we represent our clients before common and arbitration courts in, among other things, construction disputes and cases relating to claims under lease or tenancy agreements.

  • Representation of the company in a dispute with a would-be landlord regarding the rent and lost profits.
  • Advice on the purchase of industrial real estate from a receiver.
