I am an attorney-at-law and a restructuring advisor. As a partner at the Brysiewicz i Wspólnicy Law firm, I handle bankruptcy and restructuring law projects as well as economic disputes.
In restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, Wojciech represents debtors, receivers, creditors, administrators, and court-appointed supervisors. He also handles consumer bankruptcy cases, bans on conducting business activity, and the liability of management board members for the company’s obligations. Important parts of his practice include corporate litigation, also involving public companies. Wojciech also conducts multi-layered disputes relating to the investment process in relations between investors, general contractors, subcontractors, including in the area where restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings meet.
Wojciech graduated with honors from the Law Faculty at the University of Warsaw. He has worked for reputable law firms and the State Authority for Legal Representation.
