I specialize in criminal cases, tax crimes and related court proceedings. I handle all the legal activities from the collection of evidence in internal investigations, to preparatory proceedings before law enforcement authorities, to the actual legal proceedings.

Bartłomiej handles court disputes and criminal law, in particular white-collar crime. His experience has allowed him to carry out comprehensive analyses of issues related to economic crime and prevention of the risk of criminal liability.

Bartłomiej also advises in emergencies (searches, arrests, and investigation activities). Moreover, he supports businesses in the preparation of internal bylaws and in the process of securing and recovering assets. He has represented commercial companies and members of supervisory and management boards. He also represents injured parties and acts as a defense attorney. He participated in criminal proceedings in cases of mismanagement, bribery of managers, crimes against creditors (hindering the pursuit of claims, transfer of assets, fictitious transactions and bankruptcies), money laundering, bank fraud, disruption of public procurement tenders, cybercrime, and securities fraud.

Bartłomiej is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, Postgraduate Studies in Prevention of Economic, Tax and Property Crime at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and the American Law Program at the Jagiellonian University conducted in cooperation with The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C., USA. He worked for law firms in Krakow and Warsaw and for common courts. He is an advocate admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
