Magdalena has many years of experience in handling criminal, civil and family law disputes. She specialises in criminal law and criminal tax law. As part of the criminal practice, Magdalena handles all activities from conducting so-called internal investigations, through pre-trial proceedings before law enforcement agencies, to the punishment execution stage.
She has participated in criminal proceedings involving the leadership of or participation in organised criminal groups, money laundering, bank fraud, passive and active bribery, drug trafficking, forgery, and various forms of tax crimes and tax fraud.
Her areas of interest also include providing legal assistance to individual clients in the area of family law and criminal law.
She has also represented clients in compensation proceedings as well as divorce and inheritance cases.
Magdalena is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and an Erasmus exchange student at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. She served her general training at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in 2010-2011.Magdalena gained professional experience in Warsaw law firms, and in common courts.
In 2016, she qualified as an advocate and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association (ORA).
I provide legal support to clients in criminal and criminal tax cases. My focus is on organised crime and tax fraud.
