  • Comprehensive services to a listed IT company in the effective conduct of restructuring proceedings, assistance, among other things, in issues related to public aid in restructuring, and assistance to the company in defending the arrangement against a dissatisfied public creditor;
  • Comprehensive services to a court-appointed supervisor in a complex fast-track arrangement proceedings lasting many years, which ended with the conclusion of an arrangement by one of the major shopping centres;
  • Effective defence against a hostile takeover of a limited liability company with an attempt to use restructuring proceedings;
  • Comprehensive services to a client in extensive corporate litigation (over 100 proceedings) concerning, among other things, the exercise of share rights by a spouse from shares held in joint property, representation in security proceedings, registration proceedings, in actions for a declaratory judgement, in cases for declaration of invalidity of resolutions, before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court;
  • Comprehensive support for a subcontractor in disputes with a general contractor and an investor regarding withdrawal from the contract in the construction of a major public facility;
  • Comprehensive support for an investor in withdrawing from construction contracts with a general contractor, including representation in proceedings to secure evidence.
