Maciej Wasilewski


I head up the transaction practice in our law firm. I advise in projects involving share and asset deals throughout the various stages in transactions.

Maciej is the leader in our transaction practice. He has extensive experience in corporate advisory services when it comes to setting up, transforming, combining, spinning off, and winding up economic agents owned by Polish and international shareholders. 

 

For seven years, he gained experience in a large Polish law office with international reach. He has run deals in the technology, industry, food, and media sectors. He also advises in restructuring projects and transactions in the private sector. He advises clients during all of the various stages in transactions starting from the signing of a letter of intent, through due diligence to negotiations and drafting the pertinent documentation.

 

In Brysiewicz, Bokina, Sakławski i Wspólnicy law firm Maciej is the head of the transaction and corporate law team. He provides advice both on current issues related to the operation of companies and on multi-million transactions in the private equity market. His knowledge and experience enable us to devise a safe path for our clients by identifying and eliminating potential risks. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. He is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association (OIRP).
